Train to climb.

You're already chasing something better. TIER turns it into a rank you can climb.

Every scan, every PR, every workout moves you toward the next tier. The version of you next month either outranks the version of you today, or it doesn't. The rank shows it either way.

Train. Rank up. Repeat.

The Ranks

Six tiers. Climb them.

Tap a tier to see what entry costs.

Climb with friends. Climb against the field.

Add your friends. Compare rank cards directly. Watch each other move up — or slide back — week to week.

Cohort is the wider field. Global leaderboards by weight class, training age, and region. Every lifter at your level, ranked alongside you.

How TIER Works

Scan. Log. Rank.

STEP 01
Scan

Two photos: front and back. Get your body fat, FFMI, and muscle distribution across 12 zones in under two minutes.

STEP 02
Log

Drop your bench, squat, and deadlift. TIER ranks your strength against your bodyweight and weight class. Add OHP and weighted pullups for more dimensions to climb.

STEP 03
Rank

Get your composite, physique, and strength tiers. Plus per-muscle and per-lift breakdowns showing exactly where you're strong, where you're weak, and where you stand against your friends and the wider cohort.

What the next tier costs.

TIER shows you what climbing to the next tier costs. Specific to your weight class, your current measurements, and the lifts you're doing.

TIER shows you what it takes. You bring the work.

Why TIER exists.

Lifting is mostly invisible work. You train, you change, and your only measures are a scale, a mirror, and a guess at how you compare to strangers online.

TIER answers the question every serious lifter asks: where do I stand, and what does it take to climb? Bronze to Apex, mapped to your weight class, your training age, and your specific lifts. The work gets measured. The climb gets a name.

Founders are the first 100 to shape what this becomes. Lifetime access, founder badge on every rank card, direct input on what ships and when. After founders, TIER goes subscription only. These spots don't come back.

FAQ

Questions.

What do I actually get for $29?
Lifetime access — founders never pay again. First into the beta in Q3 2026. A founder badge that lives on every rank card and leaderboard slot you ever earn. A direct vote on what ships in v1. And a full refund through Stripe if we miss Q4 2026. You pay $29 one time, and that is the only money you ever owe TIER. Non-founders pay $150 every year for the same app, without the badge.
What happens when the 100 founder spots are gone?
TIER goes paid at $150 per year for everyone, and the founder badge stops being mintable. Founders never pay again. Math: $29 once vs. $150 every year — the founder card saves $121 in year one and $150 every single year after that.
How is this different from MyFitnessPal, Strong, or a coach?
Logging apps measure your work. Coaches plan it. Neither tells you where you actually stand. TIER is the ranking layer — a single tier, then a breakdown, that puts you on the same scale as every other lifter in your weight class. It's the missing piece, not a replacement.
How accurate is the ranking, and can it be gamed?
Body composition tracks within 2–4% of clinical DEXA for most users, averaged across scans so one bad photo doesn't tank your tier. Strength tiers use validated weight-class standards calibrated against real lifter populations. Front-and-back capture, lighting checks, periodic re-verification, and outlier flagging shut down most gaming. The rank stays honest.
What if I'm a beginner — will I even show up?
Yes. Cohort leaderboards split by training age, so a six-month lifter isn't fighting ten-year veterans. Beginners climb fastest — the early gains hit hardest, and the rank moves with you. The climb is the product, not the starting tier.
Can I just lift and skip the physique scan?
Strength-only ranking works. Log bench, squat, deadlift, OHP, weighted pullups — get a strength tier, per-lift tiers, and a leaderboard slot. The composite tier needs both inputs, but you don't have to chase it.
Will this make me feel bad about my body?
The rank is honest. That's the point. TIER doesn't grade you against an ideal — it puts a number on where you stand right now and shows you exactly what climbing costs. Most users find the read-out clarifying. For the first time, the work has a name. The climb is the reward.
What if you don't ship?
Full refund through Stripe, no email loop, no support ticket. Hard deadline: shipped to founders by Q4 2026 or your money back. The risk is on us.
